One Month Before

The One Month Before plan provides ample time to confirm with vendors and accommodate any last minute changes. This package is for the couple who has planned their wedding and needs someone to implement their ideas.

  • Two meetings in-person
  • Review all vendor contracts, orders and quantities
  • Confirm quantity of rental items as needed for event
  • Conclusion and overview of details before the event day
  • Coordinate on-site rehearsal with Officiant and members of the wedding party
  • Communicate with vendors for logistics of set-up / tear-down and any additional needs
  • Create timeline of events on wedding day, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Distribute timeline to vendors and bridal party one week prior to the event
  • Implement setup and compliance of floor plans created by banquet staff
  • Coordinate with musicians and band/DJ on song selections and timeline of music cues (ceremony, reception entrances, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet /garter toss, etc)
  • Checklist for wedding day items
  • Instruct ushers with seating and program distributions
  • Setup and place personalized décor items such as place cards, favors, guestbook, photos, etc.
  • Confirm sound check with musicians, DJ/emcee
  • Ensure safe delivery of gifts after the event
  • Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
  • Onsite coordination and flawless execution of your wedding day (additional assistants may be needed depending on wedding size and location)

Design & Décor

The Design & Décor option is for the couple that would like additional assistance in design ideas to enhance their wedding, while working within a budget. This package includes everything in the Month Before services as well as the following:

  • Five meetings in-person (total), one of these meetings to include a venue tour
  • Design an aesthetic layout for your wedding conveyed w/ a uniquely tailored inspiration board
  • Working with your ideas to make suggestions and streamline decor to be sophisticated & cohesive
  • Vendor referrals, maximizing value based on existing relationships and discounts via preferred vendors list
  • Oversee wording, design and proofing of stationary
  • Create artistic style, color & layout for place cards, table seating, and table numbers
  • Art direct various details ranging from venue decor, lighting, draping, guest favors, and other personal touches
  • Option to customize tableware for event, to match with florals and escort cards
  • Create different vignettes throughout the venue
  • Assist with menu selection, working directly with caterer
  • Negotiate prices and review vendor contracts
  • Monthly communication and updates, ensuring everything is on track

It’s all in the Details

It’s all in the Details option is for the busy couple who knows what they want but don’t have the time to execute and communicate their ideas to all parties involved.  This package is primarily designed for the couple in the introductory stages of planning who have not yet finalized a venue, and includes everything in the Design & Decor and Month Before packages mentioned above.

  • Ten meetings in-person (total), to include venue tours
  • Venue suggestions and referrals
  • Negotiate best pricing for venue rental fee
  • Budget management and creation
  • Negotiate best pricing on vendors
  • Negotiate room blocks for out-of-town guests to stay at nearby hotels
  • Arrange transportation for guests and shuttles as needed for the wedding day
  • Monthly communication and updates, ensuring everything is on track
